However, this does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

A product that is incompatible with a particular device is not necessarily defective.
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Before returning a memory card, USB drive or other storage device, customers should back up their data and remove any personal or confidential information where possible.
Flashora is not responsible for the loss, recovery or disclosure of data stored on a returned storage device, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Return Assessment
Where appropriate, returned products may be inspected to determine the nature of the issue.
We may request additional information or testing to help identify whether a product is faulty or whether the issue is caused by compatibility, software, device settings, misuse or another factor.
15. Contact Us

- Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
5. Manufacturer Warranty Claims
Many Products carry a manufacturer's warranty separate from your rights under the ACL (e.g., typically [e.g., "2–5 years"] depending on brand and product type). For issues arising after any Flashora-specific return window, or for extended warranty periods:
- We may process the claim on your behalf with the manufacturer, or
- Direct you to lodge a claim directly with the manufacturer, depending on the brand's process.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please retain your invoice/order confirmation.
